Then the meat starts coming which is brought round regular and was very happy with the guys service of meat coming. Finally we go for our food empty lasagne bowl no chips like the other times. After waiting another ten min for the drinks we ordered we had to again go get someone. Where again left for 10 min untill mrs goes and gets someone. We been here 3 times, this time We get there and takes a while to find our booked name then get asked to wait at bar where 4 people serving and just us and 1 other couple waiting to order a drink with no greeting no acknowledgment 5 min later still not served. If soft drinks/coffees were included in the price, it wouldn't have felt so much like we were ripped off. After all £23.10 for a plate of vegetables/salad, which had they've been bought from a supermarket, would've equated to around £5 in total, even after eating solely from the buffet area, was grossly overpriced. We would've had a far better selection for the money. So for this group of friends, Rodizio Rico was a bad choice. Ordinarily that would be good, however the steak and beef on offer were bloody inside, to the point where it seemed they were cooked to a 'rare' or vaguely 'medium rare' option, which isn't good if you like your meat to 'medium' or more. Various waiters walk around with chicken hearts and wings, lamb chops, steak, beef and fat chipolata sauages, all on skewers which are then carved at your table. We were also disappointed with the meat option, 1 of my friends couldn't eat half the meat available. Had I known what the vegetarian option contained beforehand, we wouldn't have eaten there, especially as I don't like Hallumi. So I was quite suprised when the waitress brought a plate containing 3 cooked slices of capsicum pepper not even equating to a whole one, 3 slices of white onion, a large cooked slice of pineapple and 3 cooked pieces of Hallumi. It wasn't specified what you would receive when chosing the vegetarian option. The buffet section is a counter in the middle of the room containing salad options, rice and noodles and some onion rings. This is primarily a buffet restaurant with 2 options: Vegetarian at £23.10 and Meat at £29.10, our intial thoughts were it was on the expensive side. I met with friends on Saturday evening at the O2 and went to Rodizio Rico, none of us had eaten here before.
